Returns

Please contact us at orders@ministryofscent.com if you have an item you would like to return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns must be made within 30 days of confirmed delivery; return shipping is paid for by the customer. Refunds will be paid upon receipt of the returned product. Please allow 3-5 business days thereafter for the refund to be posted to the credit card or PayPal account you originally used.
